My name is Gregg.
I’m a dad, husband, and lover of all things outdoors (especially if includes the aforementioned family).
Of all the things I have to prioritize in my life, family always wins.
My Job
I am extremely grateful for my job.
I work for Ryan Solutions , a hospitality CRM that does things right. And by “right” I mean they focus on service and making sure clients actually get what they pay for.
It’s a company built on success, not breakage.
The Ryan Solutions team is full of really good people doing really good things. After five years, I don’t see any end in sight. I love where I am.
Free Time
When I’m not working or wrangling a couple of cute kids or [insert outdoor activity here], I’m probably doing one of three things.
Thinking
My brain rarely turns off. Sort of a blessing and a curse. Those little problems and challenges I encounter during the day convert into ideas and possibilities at night. One of my favorite things is to drive or walk alone and just let the gray matter untangle new ideas.
Experimenting
Many people thrive when they have access to training videos or books or classes, but I learn by doing. More specifically, I learn by trying and failing. Of all the successes I’ve had during the hours of 9-5, I owe many of them to things I learned or tricks I discovered during some random evening or weekend.
Creating
When one of those ideas really shines and is within reach of my design or development skills, I’ll often build it. Creating is something I don’t need much of an excuse to do, but when it makes sense I’ll charge a small fee to help generate a little on the side which is a nice bonus.
So that’s me.
A jack-of-all-trades marketer, a problem solver, a creator, and a half-decent dad.
