When I first joined Inntopia, I knew we needed case studies.
A lot of case studies.
Our clients were doing amazing things, but their stories weren’t being told. Each year me and the team and carefully balanced the desire to tell the world about their strategy with the reality that their strategy may not be something they want the world to know.
We always tried to be fair and thoughtful with these stories and, if push came to shove, let a higher up shoot it down if they didn’t feel right. I’m really proud of how we’ve handled these.
Over time we’ve built up a library that has been some of our best content to reuse over and over again. I write them in a way that gives me lots of pieces I need for all sorts of marketing:
- Tight quotes for social media videos
- Social proof for each of our core features
- Quotes I can use in sales pages
- Stories and copy for core emails and campaigns
- Photos for events and graphics
This little library has been perhaps the more valuable asset library I’ve ever built.
